I got a catalog from a shooting supply house called Graf's.  Like other catalogs, they have some stuff that's overpriced and other stuff that looks like a good deal. Are these guys reliable?

Questor,

If you mean Graf & Sons, Inc, then yes they're very reliable. I've been dealing with them for about 8 years now. I think that when you figure in their free shipping, their prices on most items are pretty good.

At any rate, I usually order from them a couple of times a year, sometimes more, and have never had a problem.    :-)

Graf's has worked well for me.  They include shipping in their price but have a handling fee.  The were helpful.  They don't get stuff out the door same day as order is placed although.  THey have some products that other don't carry I have noticed.

My 2 cents

Been doing business with them for 8 or more years.  Very good service and nice people.  Years ago they used to ship same day and you would get an order in about 2 days.  I think they have gotten bigger nodays, but I still get all my orders in less than a week which is still good in my book.  With free shipping and a $4.75 handling fee, the prices quickly get more competitive when compared to someplace like Natchezs who charges $3.75 handling (I think, or $4.75) plus the actual shipping cost.  I ordered a T/C forend and a ghost ring sight set from them recently and paid right at $10 for shipping.  I have ordered bullets from Grafs before that were so heavy my wife barely got them off the porch and only paid the $4.75.

Give em a try if they have what you want and the price is right (I agree they are not the cheapest on everything), you will like the service.

Man, after that, maybe they will give me a job.

I've just discovered them in the last year and a half or so and they've done great for me so far.  Good deals on .22 ammo and some .243 I thought.  Great shipping.  Give'm a try! It's worth a shot. :)

Grafs is an excellent outfit. If you have a C&R FFL send them a copy and they will send you a dealer's catalog and you'll enjoy even greater savings.
