165 gr Nosler A/B for .300 Savage

Just wondering if anyone has some good recipies for 165gr nosler A/B for the .300 Savage using IMR 4895???

A quick thought, because of the different action types that the .300 Savage has been produced in it is hard to provide a recommendation on the information provided.

Currently I have the .300 Savage dies in my press, but I am loading 165 Nosler PT and Hornaday Sp. bullets with IMR4064.  My pet load most likely is to hot for lever guns and autoloaders.  Average velocity at 6700 foot elevation is 2630 from a 24 inch barrel.  The load is listed as max in the manual.

I am using a plain -Jane model 99E
I am not opposed to using other powder but I would like to use up the IMR 4895 that I have left over for a good deer load this year.
I used the Nosler A/B last year 150gr they worker well but I would just like to change it up a bit this year!

IMR4895 and the 99E are an excellent combination.  Funny, my brother's 99E had a twenty inch barrel, and it was a .300 Savage.  I think your idea of using up left over powder is a good idea.  The little .300 Savage case is very efficient.   The old factory duplicate powder for the .300 Savage was IMR4320.  After a lot of testing I settled IMR4064.
