Either birch or Walnut. The point is, I'm not intending to keep wood on it, will install a set of plastic upon arrival. My thoughts are to sell the new, take off furniture to help with my costs of the plastic set. Would there be a market for a new set of furniture, which type of wood would sell fastest and what would a fair asking price be? Thanks for your advice and opinion.
