If you're inquiring about the twist rate, the answer is no they don't know, the ONLY way to know is check it, that info is in the FAQs under the twist rates.
Knowing is kind of a moot point, in general, the 1:9" doesn't shoot any of the longer bullets any better than the 1:12", so pick a bullet 40gr-55gr and shoot it, try some in the 60gr to 64gr and you might be happy, try 68gr-70gr and you'll most likely be disappointed.
