Price for ultra varmint fluted

Hey guys, I was wondering what a good price for a barely used ultra varmint fluted in 243 would be or what would you pay for one.The reason im asking is ive gotten into a predicament and i may need to sell mine and if i did, i would like to ask a fair price for it and not have people think im trying to rip them off. I figured i would ask all of you because everyone in here has extensive knowledge in them and about what they go for. Any help would be appreciated.

A new one will cost about $300 so go from there. $250-$275 wouldn't be out of line.

Thanks tim, thats about what i was thinking but i wasnt sure if it would be too much. Hopefully i dont have to sell it.

I just paid $150 for a used .223 Ultra Varmint in like-new condition at a gun shop (couldn't pass it up at that price).  They had a used .30-30 standard model next to it for $140.
