Marlin 60 Folding Stock
« on: May 23, 2007, 07:29:56 AM »
I was digging through boxes the other day and found something I've had for years and had totally forgotten about.

I have a folding stock made by Ramline for a Marlin Model 60.  I remember buying back in around 1992 or so from a local guy.  I had put it on my Model 60 briefly and put it away.  I've never seen one before or since.  A couple Google searches turned up nothing on this stock.  So I guess my question to anyone in the know is ... do I have something relatively rare that I should hold on to?  I wonder what this thing is worth.  It is in excellent condition.

Curious if anyone knows anything about them.

FYI -

I got an email from Marlin saying that they made 4000 to 5000 of them from 89 to 94 and then discontinued the folder stock.  They said they found a case of them a year or so ago and sold them out very fast.

Interesting.

I just might have to sell this thing. ;)
