Was wondering if anyone has any input on removing the false muzzel from a encore ML ( the one inch at the end with no rifeling )?  Ive heard heard that removing it and recrowning it will improve accuracy.  If you have is it much harder to get the load started in the barrell?

I have heard of people doing it, but I never found it necessary to do it, I get MOA with both of my Encore M/L barrels with the QLA.  Plus I like how easy it is to load.

My Brother in Law had a pre QLA Grayhawk and had a smith counterbore a false muzzle in it.  The smith did it off center and the gun wouldn't group as well, so he had the barrel shortened and re-crowned.  It shot better, but QLA when properly done shoots well also.

Had mine removed. was off several thousands of an inch. only problem now is that ramrod sticks out past muzzle a bit. Have a good gunsmith or machinist measure it first before you cut it off.
you wanna take my guns? go ahead, it's your arm!

Nope
The sportsman lives his life vicariously. For he secretly yearns to have lived before, in a simpler time. A time when his love for the land, water, fish and wildlife would be more than just part of his life. It would be his state of mind
