Powder for 243 Semi Auto?????

 What are some good powders for using in a semi auto BAR? I'm planning on reloading varmint weight bullets. I have some H 380 / 55 grain Ballistic tips already loaded and will try them first. Anyone else got any recipes?

I got my best results loading for my wife's 742 in .243 using IMR 4895.

I've never loaded for a semi-auto anything, but I will tell you that for my T\C prohunter in 243, 46 grains of H-414 under a Nosler 70 grain balistic tip bullet will make one hole about the size of a quarter at 100 yards after I fire 10 shots. ;D

4895 has a good pressure curve for autoloading rifles. Function was perfect, accuracy was better than you would expect from a 742. I was loading the 105gr Sierra bullets for deer.
