Convert it to an extractor then, it can be done permanently or temporarily, see the FAQs. I converted my 45-120 and 405 Winchester to extractors, very easy to do.
If you decide you don't like it still, I'd bet you can easily sell it or trade it for an extractor barrel, but I'd be sure to get a gen 2 extractor, the gen 1 has a reputation for failure and are the reason why there's a gen 2!!
Personally, I prefer the extractor, I have 6 of em, 2 of the gen 1s, but I have 28 ejector barrels, the only thing I dislike about either is when shooting multiple rifles on a range day, forgetting which I have on the bench and having brass fly over my shoulder when just getting used to the extractor from previous gun, very embarrassing!!
