Friday Diamond R drop shipped my fertilizer and seed.  Saturday and Sunday I disced, fertilized, and planted 4 acres of deer plots in sorghum, inoculated iron and clay peas, inoculated soy beans, and covered the seed by dragging it with chain link fence. 

It was 98 degrees out there today. I finished at 2:00 PM. 

What a beautiful sight.  Praying for rain...this afternoon maybe or possibly Tuesday.

Good luck,Rain is in short order on the Delmarva pennisula also.

Sixteen days later, September 3, 2007 there is NOTHING LEFT.  The deer have eaten all 4 acres of peas and beans to the ground.
