MDl 14 vs 15
« on: July 22, 2007, 12:32:36 PM »
Any one know if the mdl 15 barrels and shrouds will fit on the mdl 14 frame? Just got a 357 in that is shooting 8" high and 6-8" to the left, forcing cone is pretty scared up.

Yes the only difference between the two is the 15 has adjustable sights.

Unless the shroud is damaged, just buy a new barrel.  CZ has replacement barrels that fit the older DW's.  The new barrels have an improved rifling that gives better groups; at least with my mod 40 it closed up the groups with cast bullets, and the barrels alone are a bargain.

Already done, got the replacement 4" barrel and 6" barrel and shroud, along with a 8" 445SM for when ever RollTide gets it to me. He's running like a three legged cat in the litter box so its understandable.
