« on: July 03, 2007, 08:14:32 AM »
Saw one on the internet and bought it for 430.00 I'ts the model with steel reciever and flat clip.  The rifle has been bead blasted and matt finished, also the shiney finish has been removed and refinished with an oil finish, it also has an extra clip. A hunting rifle in .308 which is what I want.  I have a blr in .358 win. just like it, which I use for bear.

I don't think that's too bad for one in great shape, I paid $330 new for my .308 BLR in 1983. ;)

I think that's a great price to pay.  I mine cost me $500 about two years ago.  It is also the steel receiver, caliber 22-250.  The rifle looked brand new with the box and papers.  I'm using the gun with steel sites for close shots on Coyotes.  I love just lookin at the thing.
