Help! Does the Remington 7600P 308 16.5" barreled rifle have ...................

Does any body know for sure whether the Rem. 7600P 308 16.5" barreled rifle #4681 is drilled and tapped for scope mounts? I know it has the ghost ring sight and the bead front but need to know if it has the scope mount holes drilled in place.
