rings and bases for 7m-08 encore handgun

any suggestion as to what rings and mounts to use with a bushnell trophy scope or a nikon scope on my 7m-08 encore pistol?

I like the aluminum all in one type. It's light and you don't have to lap the rings. ;)

IMO the Warne bases and rings are the best.  They are definitely the longest.  They are steel.  I would not use aluminum on my rifle.  The next best is Leupold-but IMO they are too short.  Tom.

Most steel bases are made out off 12L14. It is leaded steel. They use it because it machines about the same as alum. The strength of it is about the same as a top grade alum. mount. A top grade  1  pc. alum. mount will hold just as good, and most of the time will do a better job. No moving parts with no scope damage.  Look at these mounts for the TC.   www.dednutz. com
