OK Hot Weather Pig
« on: July 27, 2007, 12:11:17 PM »
Got this pig Monday evening.  Shot her at about 35 yards with my cheapo Stag Horn M/L.  The pig was quartering away at a good angle:  The hole is the entry hole.   The 240 grain, .44 caliber XTP bullet did not exit.   Got her on ice in less than one hour and off to the butcher the next morning.

Hi,
At least you've got one for the freezer.
Good pic.
The old calibers and guns got the job done

Thats a good eater you got. This heat and humidity has kept me inside too long now. I gotta get out there and do some hunting.
Will hunt for food.
