What ranges are you hunting at.
Also even though you set it at 2in high at 100 you still should see what it will do at 125,150,175 or how ever far you plan on shooting game.

Then I would definitely put in the range time.
Ballistic charts are a good reference but checking your point of impact, especially with a pumpkin thrower like the 444 is always a good idea.

Hornady lists a muzzle velocity of 2325fps, but I have yet to see any reports on the actual velocity being as what they state, and without a chronograph, you're not gonna know anyway. So....as has been said, shoot it at those ranges you expect to be shooting to see what the actual trajectory is, then you'll know how they do in your rifle and whether they're accurate or not, their higher velocity and flatter trajectory won't do ya a bit of good if you can't hit what you're aiming at.

Hornady's data is with a 3" high at 100yds zero, and from the MO report below, their velocity is about 100fps optomistic in a 22" barrel.

What sights are you using.
That should be about right with a scope 1.5" to 2"
