Welcome to the site! The hour of your posting may have had sometihing to do with the lack of a prompt reply. I have owned a few Glocks, and currently own three. Among them are a Glk 17. Malfunctions with Glocks are pretty rare. If the problem was mechanical, I suspect the magazine. The fact that it only occurred once in 200rds makes me wonder if your grip somehow caused you to exert upward pressure on the slide lock causing the premature locking of the slide. This sometimes happens under recoil, and the fact that it happened with the bullet profile of the 147gr, and the slightly heavier recoiling round, makes me guess that may be the problem.
