3 1/2 inch steel reloads
« on: August 19, 2007, 01:24:52 PM »
Does anyone have any good recipes for 3 1/2 inch steel lloads? My goose hunting partners and I are interested in reloading 1 9/16 oz  loads in 12 gauge. I have been reloading lead for many years but never got into steel.
 Thanks for any help.

I've had good luck with the 1 9/16 loads for pass and Field shooting. yes, they maybe slower but the results are hard to ignore. I have used faster loads and really didn't notice too much difference in the lead required or distance of which they are effective.  ;)
I don't really use a lead per se, as I use the follow through method of shooting.
Thanks
