question about Ultra .223

I was wondering what a fair price is for a Ultra varmit .223 in like new condition with a 3x9x40 Tasco world class scope.

The scope sells for $50 new, the rifle about $250-$270, I'd discount the scope being on it and go from there, rings are a plus if they're good rings. ;)
