There was once an auction on auctionarms.com for a VSSF in 308 - it was NIB.  The price was $725.  

I normally get really really good deals on everything, but I wanted this gun so bad that I didn't want to risk someone else bidding on it.  As such, I contacted the seller and bought it for the $725 and he included shipping.

These guns are no longer made in .308, and good luck trying to find one NIB.

I really LOVE this gun.  I love my Tikkas, but this VS SF in .308, for whatever reason, is one of my favorites.

I have a VS in 308 you will LOVE IT..I have one in 223 as well, I bought the 223 3 or 4 years ago and havent been able to put it down since, groundhogs dont like me much either :roll:
