Tell me??

I am shooting in an online bench rest match. I am fairly new to small bore bench shooting. I know that forward bi-pods and most non return to battery rests are allowed. Can you tell me if rearward bi-pods are allowed?

I don't think they are allowed. I only have a couple friends that benchrest & they , nor the folks they shoot with use a rear rest. Just their shoulder & arm in the rear.

But, I'm not positive,so please check further.
