i have used  the shorts in mine and they do just fine. i use them to keep the tree rats out of the pecan trees

Super Colibri works great on "tree rats" and make hardly any noise.

I've got a .22 / .410 combo...and the .22 will eat anything I feed it flawlessly.  It's by far my favorite .22 rifle.  Accurate as hell.
