Need New Trigger for mini 14

I have a 1988 vintage mini 14 RR.  Trigger is awful.  Has anyone had any luck with an after market trigger? 
I saw some ads for a couple of shops that charge between $50-$65
Any recommendations on who to send to or buy one and have my local gunsmith install?
