The front swivel on my new huntsman forearm was loose, so I removed it to see about securing it. Of course,since it was removed, the ram rod retainer went flying.

I will be dogged if I can figure out how this thing goes together.

Anybody got a picture of the inside of the forearm with the retainer installed?

No picture, but I might be able to walk you through it.

You should have the swivel stud, spring steel leaf spring, and a square nut.

Run the stud through the forend and the leaf spring, put the square nut on and tighten (use Loc-Tite for best results).

Note: The leaf spring goes in with the arch up and toward the front.

Thanks, Busta. I just couldn't figure out how to make that spring lock in the rod. I got it now.
