.308 Survivor

I just put money down on a .308 Survivor. Does anyone make a butt pad for it, even a slip on? What are you guys using for a good, inexpensive scope? I'm thinking of a Pentax Gameseeker 3.5 x 10 that I can pick up for about $125.

congrats on the new handi! as far as slip-ons i had tried a limbsaver (large size) that did semi-well. i dont think any slip will fit that stock very well. i ended up scraping the survivor stock in favore of a choate ultra varmint stock. for scopes i generally use konus scopes. i have found them to be of very good quality and the price is right. most go for under $125 except for the high magnification (6-24x) konus pro models that go for $165. i have 2 3-10x44 models that i love that retail around $90. good luck with the new gun.
