Id suggest OTT for the barrel, you'll need to keep pressures down due to the large head size but as long as you are not too silly with it you'll be fine, I'd estimate velocity at 2250 for a 250g Spitz. I think you'll achieve better performance from the .375 Win, but to each his own.
