Well I went and did it.

I just ordered me a  Standard Handi in .308.   Price $239.00 new out the door.  I wish there were more centerfire guns I could buy for that price! Should pick it up Sat. morning.  I can't wait.  Now the fun part picking a new scope, bullets for it and sight in ect,ect,ect.  I can't wait.

I'm right there with ya. Just ordered my Ultra Hunter in .243.... I think it was right around $250. I think prices went up... I think it was less earlier this year...

congrats on the new handi!! and there other centerfires you can get for that price (but they are ALL handis).
