Spraying on Lee case lube - question
« on: September 20, 2007, 04:08:40 AM »
What proportions do you use when you mix Lee case sizing lube with water for spray application?
Do you have to wait for it to dry or can you size immediately?

Thanks in advance for any and all replies.

I've not tried it myself, yet, but there are a few formulas mentioned in these product reviews for the LEE case lube at MidwayUSA:

I like the Lee lube that comes in a tube.  It is a white paste.  I put a dab on top of my left little finger and it stays there until I am through sizing.  As I pick up cases, I touch the necks to the paste and then twist in between my fingers.  I can even get left over paste back into the tube.  I is the least messy of all lubes to me and I rarely get an oil dent.

I've been using the Lee lube for years. I've tried other stuff, but the Lee lube works well for me. I have just never tried reducing it to spray it on.
