Is the breech plugs removable in a Lyman Great Plains Rifle? For cleaning purposes. It appears to be in there pretty good. Any body ever have one out?

It shouldn't be removed, and it's unnecessary to remove it.

Thanks, was just a thought. Shot the gun for the first time the other day and clean up was easier than I could imagine. Used the hot water with a little dish soap in the bucket method.

I actually prefer tepid windshield washer fluid, or Windex myself but that's another story.
