The Marbles Tang Peep sight is approx + $60 more than the Lyman #2.
Pay your $$$$ and make your choice - they're both decent sights, for their intended use.
The Marble's is readily click adjustable for both windage & elevation, while the Lyman is only so for elevation - but is adjustable for windage with a simple addition of a thin shim under one side or other of the base.
Both elevation adjustments are easily click adjustable, to accommodate those shooters, as in Metallic Silhouette, who need to constantly re-adjust elevation for long/short ranges.
So, your selection really boils down to two issues:
1) How much $$$ do I want to lay out ?
2) Am I always changing the windage adjustments (a rarity) ?
Whichever tang sight you decide on (if you go tanger) - consider having a folding rear barrel sight ILO a dovetail slot filler, so that the barrel sight can be zeroed for short range(s) , then folded down & the tang flipped up for the long(er) range shots it was zeroed for.
