MINI-30 rear sight

any ideas for a replacement sight on a mini-30 ?
have the fold down sight now and it always seems to be down when i need it up !

If you can come up with a M1 carbine rear peep sight, it can be shaped to fit your Mini 30.

I have seen that , but so far the sight has been about the cost of aftermarket sights . Gone are the days of cheap army surplus !
