I recently received my 4" redhawk back from ruger. I sent it in to have the barrel tightened, as it had turned loose. Not only did ruger tighten the barrel, but they went through the gun from top to bottom. This is the first time I have sent a gun back to the manufacturer for repair, and with the exception of dealing with UPS, it was a pleasant experience. The people on the phone were very friendly and accommodating, and the technicians made things right free of charge.
