installation of slip on recoil pad

Do I remove the factory pad or do I slide the slip on over it. ???

If you have a wood stock you can take the factory pad off and slip on the new one.  That will make the stock closer to factory length.  The plastic stock is hollow inside so you will need to leave the pad on it.  Larry
