How much you want to spend? ch4d.com, huntingtons.com, Hornady, Redding, any will make you a custom set of dies to do about anything for a price... And it won't be your milk money, although milk is going up too... Any local machine shop or man with a lath could probably do it. It is the hardening that gets costly.

Or you can cobble up an assortment of dies, this is a bit short, and move things that way. Making .270 WCF out of .30/'06 is legendary. 7 Mauser and .300 Savage less well known, but it has been done. 7.62x51 NATO is now available from 243 up. .260. 7mm/08. .33. .358.
So it comes down to your budget. Take a pocket full of money to a machinist or hit the gun shows and collect enough used dies to get it done. !! luck.
