Savage 12VLP .204 Price Check

Cabela's just opened a new outlet in Northern Illinois.  They had a 12VLP, single shot, on the rack with a tag price of $699.   Wonder if that's a grand opening price or is that about the going price of this unit.   Lists for just over $800.   DG
