Saw an ol' Indian pull that wad of cotton out of his bottle of vitamin pills and put it in his pocket. That wad of cotton takes up no space in the pocket. Followed him around for days until the secret was revealed. He was sitting in his ground blind deer hunting on a very calm day. He pulled that cotton ball out of his pocket and pinched off a tiny bit of cotton, maybe the size of a milkweed seed and let it drift off his hand. The drifting "Seed" indicated the wind direction even though it was very calm.
Those ol' Indians know all the tricks.
