new handgun

Hello Im new here but I have just gotten into handgun hunting
I bought my 1st handgun to hunt with a few months ago a encore 7mm-08 with ss 15" bbl topped with a  leupold M8-4X
then I got a ruger 480 with a weaver scope.

anyways cant wait to get to the woods

Welcome to the forum. Lots of good folks and advice here. I have a Blackhawk in .41 magnum I am trying to get comfortable enough to hunt with, but not there yet. Get a good one:) :)

You'll really enjoy  the 7-08 Encore, I have one just like it , different scope though. Took a doe 2 years age at 97 yards, knock her down in her tracks............

I really do like the 7mm 08  I sited it in at 100 yards
I can place a quarter over the 3 shot group  ;D
