So one more sorry excuse of guts the taxpayers have to support in prison.
I have to admit though it depends on where you live wether you could have dropped him or not. Some places you would be in jail for doing so unless the guy was armed and threatening and you could not get away and was protecting you or some one else. Even then best to know the laws of where you live.
