How do you take the recoil pad off a Sendero?

I have a Sendero, and for the life of me can not figure out how to remove the recoil pad. There are no scew holes in mine, just a solid pad. I also have the stock of I believe a PSS model as well, and it's the same, no screw holes. Any advise?

Look for microscopically thin slits, to poke a thin screwdriver through, in the upper & lower section of the recoil pad face -
unless
it's a "glued-on" pad, in which case it's best parted via wedging the cutting edge of a single-edge razor blade into the glue line to split it off.
