Minimum inpact velocities for 150grn Partitions
« on: October 26, 2007, 04:48:32 PM »
Do you guys have any input to share as to what should considered to be MINIMUM impact velocity that a .308 150grn partition can be relied upon for deer sized game.

My thing is I have a bolt action savage 30-30 and a bunch of 150g partitions another reason is the shape of the partition is particularly well suited to the short magazine length on the savage vs other 150grn spitzers
