Spring Bear Hunts in Canada

Other than New Brunswick; where else in Canada can you hunt black bears in the spring?

I know for sure that spring black bear is open in B.C., Alberta, and Saskatchewan.

I think pretty much everywhere has spring hunts except Ontario where it's banned and PEI where they're absent.  I don't know if NS has a huntable population either.
