Marlin 336 Texas Carbine
« on: November 04, 2007, 06:49:20 AM »
Does anyone know what years these were produced? I seen one listed in the local want ads listed as used once in like new condition for $250.
I believe the only difference is that it has a straight stock instead of the pistol grip, correct?

I should smile, since that's only about half of what it's worth - and if it's a .35, it's worth even more....

I thought the price sounded too good myself, but no its not a .35 .... it's a 30-30. Do you know what year Marlin made these Texas 336's?

I would think that the $250 price tag is cheap considering the condition listed in the post.
