ANY BELT FED FANS OUT THERE?
« on: November 18, 2007, 10:47:11 AM »
I see all the semi 1919 versions and parts kits out there and wonder whos shooting them.  How bout the MG 34s and 42's.?  A local shop had a semi Ma Duce that sold pretty quick.  Seems to me Ive even seen a few water cooled guns as well.  While Im at it the Gatlings are cool too.

Ive been thinking I NEED a belt fed (semi) any suggestions and experience?

Edelweiss:  Yes, I have had experience with belt fed machine guns and yes, they are cool.  My experiences were with the full auto versions and I distinctly recall saying to myself on at least one occasion that if I had one of those/these I would have to develop a whole new lifestyle just to be able to afford to shoot it.  You  can go through an awful lot of ammo in one session and it takes real discipline not to shoot up all your stuff in one sitting.  The guns themselves are pretty pricey and so is the amount of ammo you would shoot up so I thought twice about it and got married for less than half the price....................................Mikey.

There is no happier sound then a belt fed weapon ;D. And it only gets better when you go cyclic   ;D ;D. But then again I get paid to shoot them.
