Mossberg 535 ATS 3 ½” 12 Gauge Pump Shotgun Deer Combo

Anyone got one of these?  They gotta sweet deal on them here in Canada for $319.99.
I already have a Win.1200, but the Mossberg comes with the fully rifled deer barrel and the receiver is drilled & tapped for scope mounts, I'd really like to know how this rifled barrel shoots?
Anyone?

Sweet deal, and I've been tempted myself.  My buddy has one, and I've shot it with both slugs and 3.5" turkey loads.

All I can say is (and I'm halfway serious) check with your orthopedic surgeon to make sure you're sturdy and healthy enough to take the 70 ft-lbs of recoil those things will generate.

Forget the 3.5" mags.  Stick with 3".  That's plenty for turkey.

Well after over six months of debating I settled on a Mossberg 500 20ga combo. It comes with a 26" bird bbl., 22" fully rifled ported cantilever bbl and Bushnell scope. I'm still waiting for it to arrive in the mail hopefully it'll get here before deer/rifle season.

I have the old 835 and it is the best shotgun I've ever owned.  That thumb safety is the best for duck hunting and fast wing shooting.  You will not be disiponted in the gun.

I have an 835 and slug barrel combo.My fav all around hunting gun.You will find the slug barrel shoots with fine accuracy.I shot a doe at around 150 yds with iron sights,fell in her tracks.On another hunt i shot a coyote at 4yds with the same slug barrel.You made a wise choice in this gun,enjoy my brother!

Are the barrels ported? And are the sights on the slug barrel fiber optic?
