Does anyone else have a bear of a time getting these to load?  They are so tough to get down my barrel that I am seriously afraid of bending my rod shoving them down the tube.

And the second question is are they worth the added expense of buying some thinner sabots and then shooting them?

Used those bullets for years, great accuracy and devastating on deer. However my last batch of sabots are impossible to load also. Something changed, maybe sabot manufacturer or sabot thickness. Didn't try to figure it out, just went to crush rib sabots and nosler 240 hollow-points. Accuracy is still there, don't know how they will perform on deer. Will find out Dec. 7 when our muzzleloading season starts. Good Luck

You may have gotten some of those that were packaged with the wrong sabot.

My Mistake! I was shooting MZ's not TMZ's. However same problem. No mention was made on their web site about this one, but I wonder.
