« on: November 25, 2007, 03:52:04 AM »
I was wondering has anyone purchsed the new model 45 long colt and have any reviews on this cal. as far how well they shoot?
wonder how it compares to the 38-55 b.c. as far as FPs and stopping power on game?

I've shot 2 jacketed bullets in mine with good accuracy, but it's gonna get reamed to 460S&W as soon Fred at 4D gets a reamer. ;)

The .45 colt with 300 gr. cast from Lee or Rcbs shoots good with both Re7 and Imr 4227. One hole at 25 yds and 1" at 50 yds.
