update on 410 bore sluggun yar62 change to scout4

Hello, had to reregister now its scout4. Anyway, got this new pc goin, so hopefully soon can have some pics to show. My little 410 bore is turnin out to be a very good slug shooter. The Brenneke slugs seem the best, although at my last shoot and amazingly to me the 2.5 winchester superX hollow point shot excellent. I thought about that and  knew when I first shot this gun it was with the winchester 3" 1/4 oz. slug and those slugs were all over the target, but these 2.5" 1/5 oz. slugs gave holes touching just about dead center at 35 yds. Not bad at all for a smoothbore! The Pennsylvania deer season opens Monday, my son will have his Granddads old 7x57 mauser and I will have this little smoothbore. Hope for us good luck my friends, as its all about him getting the deer. Thanks! scout4 <><

Although I am not a fan of using 410 slug for deer good luck and keep your shots under 25yrd. Kurt

Keep us updated on how the 410 works on them ole deer. When you get a chance I still would like to see a pic of that 410. Good luck on the hunting trip.
