SS cleaning or lapping?

I read some where about the SS barrels, but forgot what and where.

Is there a difference in the steps or compounds involved with lapping, polishing and cleaning a "stainless" barrel compared to the blued ones?



My first Handi is expected on Monday or Tuesday.  A SS .243 and 3-9x40 RedDot Mueller.  Plans to get the SS ML barrel this summer once funds have been replenished.
