My Tamer 410
« on: November 29, 2007, 01:09:03 PM »
I stocked my Tamer and I really like the look and feel of it, like this.  It still needs the sling and maybe some sights.  I haven't decided on the sights, yet.

WHA DA YA THINK

Looking good Cookie!!
I had my .410 drilled and tapped and put a 4x scope on it.
I like it alot for small game and varmints.

That looks great Cookie and it inspires me to do a little stock swapping myself.
PROUD REDNECK CONSERVATIVE

I'd much rather be remembered for being a great shot than having the most expensive gun

I had this picture in my mind's eye ever since I first saw the new 45lc.  I finally had enough spare stock parts to make it happen.  Hope to get enough of my chores done on Sat. to get out in the woods with it for a while.

Sorry I am late to post buddy, but I got to say thats a nice clean little setup ya got there.  Perhaps a little Red-Dot to top it off.. how about this:

or

I think it would be a nice match.

This one is probably gonna get open sights, but I have though of building another one with the choke cut off, as scout4 has done.  That one WOULD get a red dot of some kind.  Money's tight right now, so that will probably be a while off.  I got 2 1/2" Rem. Sluggers yesterday at Wally for $9 a box of 15.  I may go stock up some more of them.  GOOD PRICE.  I want to see how they shoot.  I haven't had the sluggers before with this gun.  They were always sold out and I had to use Winchesters.  I will post a report when I get out to do some shooting again.
