OE in 222 or 22-250

Has anyone had either yet? If so, what kind of accuracy have you gotten. I have a 50ml and 270 win that both shoot well. I Live in he deep south and really don't need anything smaller than a 243, which I have, but if I just bought a barrel, I think that I could justify it.  I guess  I would have to buy a scope too.  Well, that is still cheaper than a whole new gun. I crack myself up.

I'm also interested in the 222 or 22 250,and I wish someone would give a report on one. So far I have a 30 06,45 70,243,and a stainless 29"muzzleloader.I'm happy with all of them so far.  Digger

Tim,
I will order a 222 barrel next week. Unfortunately, it will probably be Spring before I can play with it. Our Deer season ends at the end of January and we  still have a lot of does to kill per our D-map biologist. January also begins one of my busiest times at work, the big Tuna have to be caught.  I slow down around the Middle of March. I will work on it then. Sorry that it will take so long. I agree, you have certainly done your part, it is time for someone else to do some research.

Boy, I'd sure like to have deer hunting opportunities like that, our season ended in October with the exception of 4 days this month. Didn't get to hunt this year, huntin partner had surgery, looking forward to next year. ;)

Still haven't shot the T3, might get to the range Sunday if the weather is reasonable, doesn't look good now tho. :-\

We do have it pretty good down here. I hunt both in Louisiana and Mississippi and we are allowed 3 bucks and 3 does in each state. Furthermore, on D-map land we are given a certain number of doe tags each year that do not count against our original tags. We open in October for archery, which stays open until the whole season closes. We get plenty of days for Gun and ML as well. The only down fall is that it is pretty miserable bow hunting in 85 degree weather with Gnats and Mosquitoes trying to fly away with you.  I can assure you that family and friends never want for venison.

Hey Tim,
I know that you are very resourceful, so a quick question. I checked R&R and they have no 222 barrels, Midway has both SS and blued but they seem to be very expensive compared to the other barrels. Any other suggestions?

Grafs has em, but they're high too, but shipping is only $3.95. I'd use the email notification at RR to get one when they come in, at their prices, they probably don't last long.
